They took my money, sent me the wrong nasal cushion, refused to rectify the situation and accused me of getting my order wrong in the first place. After 2 days of being placed on hold and no help offered, they refused to provide any solution. This organisation offers free postage to entice customers but stay well away. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
