The shippment experience was great, but can't say the same for customer service. I ordered a CPAP online but meant to be APAP. Wanted to get some information to make the exchange. I called the 800 number and emailed the company on Friday @ 3:48 pm. No one available at the 800 number listed and no one answered my email. On the web site the company is open both Saturdays and Sundays, but no one is available. I am beginning to wonder if I should be buying anything from CAPA Direct at all. It looks like I can shop there but I can't talk to anyone there. I am not sure who is monitoring this review, but the email address below is the same email address I have been using and no one answered. I also left messages on company's online form, and received no answers either.

We hated the daily routine of cleaning the CPAP HOSE AND HANGING IT TO DRY AND TAKING THE MASK APART TO CLEAN PARTS. With SO CLEAN, it takes about 5 seconds to plop mask in and close the cover and push button to begin. I can trust my husband to keep his mask and hose sanitized and no more colds from not completely clean CPAP machine. One of the best purchases I’ve ever made.

So far so good. Have to let the cpap run a little before can use to get the smell out, its a little strong to just put it on right away.

Needed an adapter but the website did not ask what type of cpap machine I was using so it was left up to me to figure out. In the end, I was new to the cpap world, it may have said I may need an adapter but didn't say I did or ask for machine model. Either way I didn't get it free. Luckily it was only 20 dollars.

My name is Jenny Douglas - my dad (who is 80) has sleep apnea and I knew very little about it as he lives in Toowoomba and I live at the Sunny Coast. My parents came to the Sunny Coast for Christmas and Dad's machine wasn't working. My parents were not with CPAP Direct but with another competitor and we found it difficult to find a solution to his machine. I contacted CPAP Direct at Maroochydore and spoke with Greg Taylor. The best decision I ever made. Greg asked us to bring the machine to him and from then on he helped my parents no end and provided many solutions and other options which their current provider never gave or offered. Over the week they were here - we spent a number of visits at CPAP Direct dealing with Greg and all I can say he is the best. My parents have now moved from their competitor to CPAP Direct in Toowoomba and the results with my Dad has improved that much that I am astounded that they didn't receive this help in the first place from the competitor. I would recommend CPAP Direct to anyone who has this health issue and especially speak with Greg Taylor.

Truly a 5 Star product - I have been a guy that has been satisfied for the past number of years that has just run hot water over my nostril pillows just before bed. I have had no problems but now that I have SoClean - I have noticed a major difference ever since I started using it. Clean and refreshing smell when I put it on now at bedtime. 100% satisfied and CPAPdirect.com has been excellent when I had questions andalso I needed an adapter for my machine and they got it to me within days and "0" charge along with shipping !! I would rec ommend this company to anyone !!

I needed an adapter which I hadn’t realized, and when I called to get help with that, the woman was very knowledgeable. Easy to order on-line. Delivery was fast & all items shipped together! I realized after receiving that I had ordered the incorrect tubing. I ordered the correct tubing & received that quickly as well. Printed out the return information, boxed the incorrect one in the box the correct tubing came in & shipped it back, stating I wanted a refund for the incorrect one. To my surprise, my account was credited within a week! Wonderful customer service. I will be ordering all cpap supplies from CPAPdirect.com from now on! Thank you for making the entire process so quick & easy!
