I called back to inform that I didn't get the adapter for my so clean 2 and the very courteous representative gave me no problems , said he'll ship out right away and I received the adapter 2 days later where i was able to use my so clean 2 sanitizer without further delay. I call that excellent service!!!!👍 ""KUDOS" to the Rep who helped me. He deserves an award for Excellent Customer Service!!! Thank You🤩

Sep 30,2018Just bought SoClean 2. Nice to reduce the manual cleaning of my machine to “occasionally”. The SoClean 2 is easy to set up. Then you drop in your mask (complete with headgear!!) and the machine does the rest. No muss no fuss no readjustments after cleaning. My mask smells better too.

Nov 11,2018I bought SoClean 2 for my husband. I saw him struggle to wear his Cpap and throw it off every night. When he would try and clean it, it would be a messy job and I would always wonder if it was clean enough. He would be coughing during the day I was hoping it wasn't from a unclean cpap. I saw the SoClean unit on TV and I took a chance and ordered it. When we received the SoClean unit my husband said why did you spend that money on this. I convinced him to help me hook it up which was really simple. Now that we have it for about a month my husband is thanking me. He says that it is much easier to breathe now and the air seems much lighter and cleaner . He is so happy with it which makes me very happy. By the way he wears his Cpap all night. :)
