I ordered the cpap cleaner for my husband for Christmas. Delivery was fast and easy. When we received the cleaner I realized that we needed an adapter which I had not ordered. When I called they did not charge me for the adapter just a fee for shipping. My husband was very happy with the cleaner and we were both happy with the service you provided

Very easy to order and set up little harder to put full face mask in but not impossible have gone to a nasal mask and lot easier to put into the soclean machine. I do recommend this product

DOES THE JOB VERY WELL. LEAVES AN OZONE SMELL IN THE HOSE AND MASK.. MUST RUN THE CPCP FOR APPROX 5 MINUTES BEFORE WEARING THE MASK. NOT A PROBLEM. UNIT DOES NOT COME WITH AN ADAPTER TO CONNECT THE UNIT TO RUN THE OZONE THRU THE CPAP MACHINE AND HOSE AND MASK AT THE SAME TIME. MUST RUN THE UNIT 2 TIMES, ONCE FOR THE HOSE AND MASK AND ONCE FOR THE CPAP MACHINE. VERY PLEASED WITH THE VIRTU CLEAN.
