Très bonne imprimante jusqu'au moment où ca casse et il faut faire jouer la garantie. le support europe répond immédiatement mais passe la main au support en Chine qui ne répond jamais. J'ai même appelé le support en Chine, ca ne sert à rien. Avant d'acheter, regardez les avis sur reddit, sur le forum creality et les retours sur le support.
Update zur letzten Bewertung. Nachdem Paypal eingeschaltet wurde, kam plötzlich eine Mail. Es täte ihnen leid und blablabla. Ich solle das Gerät zurücksenden, mit Rücksendeetikett und sie würden mir das richtige Gerät senden. War einverstanden und hab das Gerät zurückgesendet. Die Tracking Nr. gesendet und wieder eine Mail bekommen, sie tauschen das Gerät aus. Heute morgen plötzlich wieder eine Mail, sie können nur Rückerstatten wegen Paypal. Ich kaufe wirklich sehr viel online, aber ein derartiger Betrug ist mir noch nicht untergekommen. Ich will das Geld nicht zurück, sondern das bestellte Gerät. Bei einem jetzigen Kauf wäre es um euro 300.- teurer. Das habe ich denen auch geschrieben. Ich will das bestellte Gerät haben. Wie auch immer, mein Anwalt ist eingeschaltet, ebenso bereits die Staatsanwaltschaft. Ein derartiges Verhalten geht gar nicht. Fehler können immer passieren, aber dann sollte man diesen schnellstens wieder gut machen. Auf jeden Fall kann ich nur raten, Finger weg von Creality. Hierbei handelt es sich um Betrug. Geräte von anderen Herstellern sind genausogut und um nichts teurer. Boykottiert diese Firma. Das ist mein Rat für alle
Bought 2 creality printers, both broke and instead of replacing the printers or refund they just send parts for the customer to replace. Don't buy from them, terrible customer service.
Entreprise qui met l'eau à la bouche en proposant un bon de -800€. Soit un pack à -50%. Problème au moment de payer, le code ne fonctionne pas. En leur demandant pourquoi, la réponse est "impossible que le code vienne de chez nous". En le prouvant ensuite il bloque pour ne pas assumer le soit disant geste du début.
I ordered a Ender 3V3 Plus printer, and it came with all the 4 strain gauges damaged. I sent various emails to all the addresses listed and even spoke to the online chat however I never obtained an email response or a confirmation from the online chat, I can´t use the printer, I dont know what to do.

Having the same experience as many others. Ordered during black friday with many others getting initial expected ship dates. Completely understand it getting pushed back with order volume, but when they outright ignore communication and refuse to refund is beyond unacceptable.
Ordered in Black Friday sale with the promise of it arriving December 12th - some time has now passed and it has still not arrived, their online support is abysmal and I have not received a reply to my emails asking when it will be dispatched nor whether I can be refunded.
We wrote to the support and sales team regarding a 3D Scanner CR-Scan Ferret SE that is not working as advertised! They keep wanting to try to fix the issue, however we took over an hour scanning an object at the minimum size, and even after post cleanup and processing it was garbage, did not work at all as advertised! They are now ignoring us, and trying to refund only £30 or gift 3D filament.

I got scammed out of $300 by this scumbag company and if i am to get any help at all i am expected to send a mountian of personal info to a chinese company in china. STAY AWAY OR END UP SCAMMED LIKE I WAS ON A CREALITY 2 PRO WITH BAD DEFECTIVE PRINTING MAT!
I bought an ender 3 V3 less than 2 months ago. I've already replaced the nozzle once and now I need to replace it twice along with the heat dissipation block. When I had to replace the nozzle I had to get customer support because I could not find the nozzle for my unit which is one of their better ender 3 units. Now I need to go to customer support again just to find the heat distribution block but I cannot get any of them to help me. I've sent an email I've called and I've used their web page. The company is garbage and their products keep failing.
i've had no problems with my Ender 3, and didn't experience any issues with their customer support as I see many people complaining. Actually, I had to purchase a couple of fans because I damaged mine. The printer is still under warranty but the fans weren't defective. I'm guessing that this trend of bad reviews is mostly people trying to get something for free.

Looks like I am not the only one having a terrible experience with this company. We got the K1C 3D printer combo. The kit was incomplete and we have not been able to get any customer service to replace the part. After 5 emails, and 2 attempts to reach them on Instagram, as well as Linkedin and Facebook, we have not had a response for 3 weeks. This was a purchase for my 7yo son and he was so excited and has been saving his birthday money for it, and the poor experience with this company has completely ruined the excitement for him. We are now raising a claim through Paypal, but at this point even if they replace the part we are not interested in using the product or dealing with this company. Save your self the pain seriously. It's nuts that they are still in business.
This company does not want to replace a machine that has more than all issues you can think of. They have send me 3motherboard, 2 extruder motors, 2 extruder gears, 4 leveling plate, nozzle pcb, usb pcb, multiple hot ends, inner guide tube.. u get what i mean they (unprofessional support) try to fix the issues but they don’t know what the issues is. This is about a k1max. Never buy a printer from these guys it’s like they don’t test them good enough themselves. The creality printer is the worst nightmare. If you need something reliable.. not here…
Never buy from this company, once they have your money you can never get it back. Even if what they send you doesn't work. Horrible service support. They run around in circles with fake email addresses and online support with bots. NEVER SPEND MONEY HERE. go to bambu labs better.

Jan 23,2025Printer failed to work after just one month. I contacted creality support but kept getting the runaround between department email addresses. I failed to get any support. My request for a replacement item or refund was completely ignored. A complete waste of money as I know have an ornament rather than a Printer!
