Worst company of all. Their products have been fine and very good, but now at their 3 series they put in to cheap and bad parts. Your garanties are nothing worth and they don't care about customers.
I ordered over 4 months ago and until now i do not receive the printer. Absolute nightmare. Never again. It's the worst customer service I've ever seen. Avoid them at all costs. The positive reviews can not be true. They do not response to my emails asking for money return, so i will continue to leave real, accurate negative reviews on as many sites as I can until I receive my money back.
purchased a Creality Laser Module 10W from store(dot) creality (dot) com/uk/ only to find that it requires you to purchase the software to run it at an extra £51, it comes with a link to download the software as a 30 day trial, after that you have to purchase it. I contacted them several times and they keep sending a zip file that they claim contains the software, but only contains a link to download the trial software. After a while I gave up and asked to return the item under UK distance selling regulations but they are not replying to my requests to return.
I bought an Ender 2 Pro on sale and received it a week ago. It had issues with the x-axis and the belt broke due to this. They have 0 instructions on how to fix these issues I have been, leveling, tightning, I have been doing everything, no PLA comes out of the printer from time to time, sometimes the extruder just goes into the plate. I contacted them via email, they were messaging me from cs at creality.com and asked me for my information, then sent me a video on bed leveling from a youtube channel and I didn't have that issue. After I sent them a message that the video wasn't helpful, they blocked me. If I could insert a screenshot I would, I totally got scammed and probably will never have success with the printer. I found it quite a shock, no company has ever blocked me just to not help with an issue.
J'ai achete une cr10 smart. Une vrai catastrophe, tres deçue. J'ai envoyé plusieurs mails à creality afin d’être remboursé de ma machine. Ils m'ont fait faire plusieurs test et rien allait. J'ai changé la carte mère, fait tout ce qu'ils me disaient. Rien n'y a fait. C'est pourquoi au final j'ai demandé le remboursement car cette machine a un sérieux problème. Ils me renvoyaient toujours le même mail comme quoi ils feraient ce qu'il faut. Mais ils ne font rien. J'attends toujours mon remboursement. Ils ne sont ni sérieux, ni professionnel, etc. Je suis très déçue. Pour couronner le tout ils ne répondent même plus aux mails.
Ordered a new Creality Ender-5 S1 in the new year sale. Was initially concerned by the reviews on here but as it's very new and few stores have it or have it as pre-order I went ahead. I was informed it would be shipped via DPD and it arrived 2 days later. I can't say anything about support as I've not needed to contact them. The printer itself is fabulous though. Updated the firmware eventually following a youtube titled "Service tutorial Ender - 5 S1 flashing the firmware" as the provided instructions were a bit baffling. USB connection to PC seems to be a bit picky too, on my PC I needed to use the USB3 speed ports, but got there in the end.
They sent the wrong item and they did not accept the return. The website shows "TS2 Large Laser Engraver 80W Laser Cutter Auto Focus Engraving" but it's not the laser power wattage. It's only a 10W laser with an 80W power supply! VERY VERY VERY Bad customer service. Purchasing items from them was a huge mistake. This is was the first sentence of the email " First of all, all the product without problem."
I was a bit worried at first based on the Trustpilot reviews. Creality could do better in terms of communication and delivery, however the printer quality exceeded my expectations. The print details are amazing. I really enjoyed that using their software I could send the 3D model directly to the printer.

I bought an ender 3d printer from a seller advertising their 1 year warranty. Apparently this does not exist. I contacted on first install due to a defect and they do answer via phone and chat to troubleshoot. However if it is a problem they want you to email. Email receives no response. I send over 3 emails. From gmail and yahoo and have received no response. Since they require proof of purchase, etc for warranty and they want you to email them; NO WARRANTY. Maybe you have a different experience if you bought directly from them. try it and support email listed on their website and see it before you think of trying their warranty.
I have 2 Creality 3D Printers, the Ender 3v2 and the CR-10S. I've had both for nearly 8 months and have learned a great deal about the 3D printing world in that time. It's a necessary evil that parts wear out. They have to be replaced. And sometimes when dealing with upgrades, or new printing materials, there is a learning curve. That's just a fact of life for 3D printing. If this bothers you, maybe 3D printing isn't for you. It's not for people who are easily frustrated. With that out of the way, I've had great success with both of my Creality printers. They shipped quickly and were easy to put together. For each one, I was able to start printing within 30 minutes of opening the box. They come with a tool kit, and a small selection of spare parts. Sometimes, starter filament is included. I would've given this 5 stars, but as others have mentioned, Customer Support is a bit lacking. Creality is based out of China and they haven't yet hired many English speakers for their Tech Support. Support is available on the website in the form of e-mail or live chat, and can be problematic. Especially if you're a more advanced user. They treat you like a complete noob and try to start you out troubleshooting the most basic things. You're better off watching videos on YouTube for most of your answers. There is a huge 3D community out there that is willing to help with most issues you're having, and there are probably already videos in existence about your particular issue. Overall, I'm satisfied with Creality and I would buy a printer from them again. I get great results.
Awful products, useless customer service
I am soooo done buying creality Machines. First one i got, was a creality cr-10 S5, i have had it for a year and have had NOTHING but problems with it... Then i bought a creality cr-6 se, and it worked perfect the first 4 months, and now, after 3 repairs, it still dont Work... I'm done
Earlier this year I ordered a CR-6 SE, which arrived on time and as expected. For the first few weeks it operated well. Following this, the filament sensor stopped working, which meant the printer would not print. Upon researching this issue, I found that it is common with the CR-6 SE, along with some other serious flaws to do with the motherboard and the power switch. A week after contacting customer service about the issue (with the filament sensor), I got a reply asking for more information. I replied the next day with more information, and a query about their returns policy. It has now been a month with no reply. I can only assume they are ignoring the email because I was asking about returns. I am aware that some of their products have a good reputation, and for these I would recommend going to a reputable reseller with their own returns policy and customer service. However, there are better products out there in the same price range. In summary, I would not recommend purchasing from Creality due to the poor quality control and dreadful customer service. EDIT: Creality has since replied to my email. Nothing mentioned about returns. I've replied and it's now back to waiting. I also managed to fix the original issue myself, although I'm still worried about the motherboard and the switch.

Apr 06,2023Leider bietet die "Firma" keinen Support an. Ich habe einen Drucker erhalten bei dem eine Kunststoffabdeckung gerissen ist. Ich habe versucht per Chat und Mail Ersatz zu bekommen. Update. Es hat lange gedauert, aber nach einiger Zeit habe ich Ersatz für das defekte Teil erhalten.
