Feb 07,2025Left a working laptop in for a physical clean ONLY, this was explained very clearly to the obviously disinterested staff member who passed the message on clean required not what I asked for. 2 days later I got a message saying computer won't boot, reinstall windows and drivers recommend! It turned out when i took it back that there was one critical file deleted, no bad sector's or other issues with the drive, very suspicious. Also the BIOS event log had been wiped and the fix startup tool was switched off the default for this setting being on. Also the boot order had been changed! No explanation was offered and I was told the computer wasn't working when left at the shop. I worked as an oracle systems installer and in IT software support for 20 years, I need help with hardware issues now due to loosing an eye, but not software, which I told the shop assistant initially.

Feb 05,2025It was a slow repair, but also a bit complicated. Evan and the team were always helpful whenever I called for updates. The first PS4 repair worked, but it revealed another fault that occurred afterward. Creative IT kindly ensured that a full repair was completed without charging me for the secondary issue. I really appreciate their professionalism and customer service.
