Nov 11,2022Not accurate with delivery times (3-5 days). I had to request a despatch confirmation on day 6. Received the product on day 7. Could be clearer re info: It was clear that plug/charger I bought for the iphone was generic as I had a choice of apple product or generic product. This was good. However, I was not informed new battery I ordered was not apple and I was not given a choice. So, I incorrectly assumed it to be apple.
