Nov 30,2022Bought a 2nd hand iPhone 8 for my husband for Christmas as his phone is about to die. He’s had an iPhone for years and in fairness it lasted him well but it’s time to upgrade for him. I know it’s not a new model but it will be a big upgrade for him. Creative IT have a very easy to use website and I did my homework on trustpilot about them. In my experience all seems to be great but we will find out Christmas morning how the phone performs but I have no doubt in my mind that it will work perfectly. If it doesn’t for any reason they have assured me a 12 month warranty from Christmas Day which is awesome.

Nov 30,2022Cant fault the product , its the advertisement that brings my rating down, product advertised as shipped from mullingar and I paid extra for NEXT day delivery , ordered Thursday and product arrived monday, if its not actual next day, dont advertise it as that and certainly dont charge extra for it , other than that, happy with the experience

Nov 25,2022I looked at the iPhone 11 previously owned on the Creative IT website along with other online phone sites but wished to purchase my phone in store. My daughter recommended Creative IT in Mullingar and I wasn't disappointed, the price was very competitive, with a trade in for my old phone. The phone itself is in excellent condition and the shop assistant changed over my contacts etc from my old phone saving me the hassle, I even received a follow up text after my purchase. Thanks Evan and crew.
