Jul 04,2024Greg was awsoem he made it verry easy fore me your lucky to have him sincerely Mr Green Update After 2 weeks I have found this to be a huge scam!!! My score went up 23 points while on the phone with Greg, but now they took the 23 points away. He said it would go up to 787 when he cleaned up the old stuff from 3 years ago. This never happened. I had no debt, just needed to clean up the old stuff. I have been in good standing for almost two years. I am in the middle of buying a house, and needed my credit to go up to get a better interest rate. My score reached a max of 675.Now back to 653. I paid almost $400.00 for this to be done. It never happened. Greg Promised it would be done in 2 weeks. I contacted the manager, was told they can only write letters to the credit Bureau they can't drop things off your credit, and it takes 60-90 days. I can do that myself! Why would I pay $400.00 for that? I was also not told this was a monthly subscription of $99.00 a month. They lied to me and they were very deceptive! Do not fall for this scam!! Lesson learned! I had to threaten them with fraud charges to get my money back!

Jul 03,2024Please be aware of this Credit Clerk Company is a scam. I thought I had call acredit karma to fix an issue I had. They say they could help me, me thinking it was Credit Karma. So agree to their services. First Oscar wanted to charge me $400 to supposedly help me dispute some collections I had. When I stress to him that I didn't have a job. He went down to $199. To which I agree. Then I notice my Credit score went down by 30 points and then got a charge of $99 after that something I wasn't aware and was not informed. But because it shows on the contract I can not get my money black. Please Don't fall for this people. This people Lie!!!!! Is all a Scam. Learn the hard way.

Jul 02,2024They charged my card for a service and will not prove they provided the service. My credit score has dropped over 32 points since they supposedly started providing the service. I have called and talked to representatives and told them to stop charging me I will take it over from here and they continue to charge me. Also should not require a third party to get credit scores pulled if a credit company is supposedly going to help you fix your credit. I can write my own letters as there are things on my credit report that do not belong and I know how to dispute them so I told them to stop charging me and I will take care of it myself and they continue to charge me.

Jul 02,2024The agent was very very patient and very calming. I'm older and some companies employees don't have the skills or tolerance for us older folks who just wasn't born in the Internet era. I don't remember the agents name who helped me but I will forever be thankful that he's the one who answered my call. Finances and credit can be a bit overwhelming. Especially if you never bothered to learn because your husband took care of that always and I being a good devoted wife and mother I never ask any questions. But now that I am getting a divorce 6 kids and three decades later, it can be scary but my agent walked me through everything I needed to start my new and exciting chapter of my life.
