Jul 30,2024Opal is a God Send in our experience. My daughter was having a very hard time in finding someone who could help her sift through a pure mess. When I found this number and we called. Much to our amazement a human being answered, heard our desperation as to a mess of a credit report which was stopping her from getting a place of her own to live in. Inaccurate information, charges from other people using my daughter's personal info. When Opal heard the background she said very calmly, let me see how I can help you today. After asking questions and looking things up she said there were indeed discrepancies on her report and that the reporting agencies did not have the same information. Purchased a $378.00 package first time fee and $99.00 each month from Opal that would enable them to send letters and find the problems to correct them, it can take 30, 60, 90 days but when you don't know who to contact to get people to help you and you just don't know where to turn and the $99.00 can be canceled when you no longer need it, was to us a true Blessing from God. The only other thing that will make this day better, is the day when my daughter can fill housing applications out and be accepted for her new place to live-Home. Thank you so very much Opal.
