Great service. i had low expectations initially until i saw items start falling off. thank you for helping me get approved for a home.
They get it done
My wife and I, was in a terrible situation sometimes last year. We urgently needed to get a new house and my credit score and my wife own too was bad. We tried all we could to get a loan but all effort was in vain due to the bad credit score. God so good to us, I later met with a credit score specialist and instructor, he gave me some instructions and requested some information from me regarding my credit score in which I provided everything to him. Luckily for me, this man was able to fix my credit score, I was so amazed. I'm happy to tell you that I'm writing this review from our new house which I wouldn't have got without the specialist's help. I know some people out there are in this kind of situation and I would love to help to put specialist's contact here, You can message him privately on his mail which is hackwiz at proton mail dot com if you like, this help cam at a time I already lost all hope.you can tank me later.
I called the Creditrepair.com to sign up, I spoke a gentleman that names Andrew and he was very happy to assist me. Additionally, he was very intelligent about the service that he was providing me as a sign up staff. Post signing up, he transferred me to one of the most terrible customer service agent and I had asked her to transfer me back to Andrew. Because she couldn't helped me with what I need. As result, she had deposited the phone on her desk, she refused to transfer me back to Andrew and I was listening all the background mumbling for 25 to 30 minutes. So I had to hang up, called back and spoke to another great agent. So I told her, what happened and it was a sign of careless. I am scared to have my case is taking care by someone irresponsible like that. I have one red flag against the company, I have mix feeling of continue and I expect a follow up call/apology email from the staff. Nothing happened, called and spoke to another one Elijah. OMG! Worst and worst. Finally, I cancel the service. Do not go with Credit repair.com because of their customer service is a huge Turn Off.
So many reviews of people being impatient. I am not paid by anyone but just a guy who started using this service about two years ago. At that time i couldnt even get a 500 credit line. Today, I drive a mercedes, own a house, and have Amex Platinum with 40k spending limit. Stop hating or listening to these people on here. This service takes time. It takes about a year to start seeing results. Yes at 90 bucks per months it may seem like a lot but concider all the things you can do if you follower their advice and stay on top of your game... like paying bills and sending back letters you get form your previous creditors. most of these review you read here are from people who just dont get how a service like this works and are just bitter. THIS SERVICE WORKS 100%!!!
It take time.so hang in there.
Don’t, I repeat “DO NOT” touch this company, stay as far as you can, they will take your money and deliver zero in return, they intentionally drag out the process to make sure it takes forever and charge you monthly, they can’t fix anything
no good tricks u out of ur money with hidden fees and wording
Do not waste your time, these people took over 8 months to do absolutely nothing if you want someone reliable go somewhere else!! Creditmergency is better, Lexington Law is okay but not as good.
It seems many reviewers are expecting immediate gratification for the money paid for services. Credit is a building process of trusting people with money that they don't have to spend. Many people are irresponsible with their money. I understand that I am paying a monthly fee or $100. Per month to do a job that I could be doing on my own. This SERVICE is being more persistent than I would or could on my own. You have the ability to choose the order in which creditors they address first to last. Many reviewers seem to have signed up uniformed about how much money they were spending, thinking you can pay to make your bad debt go away. You need to be paying your bills or making arrangements with your creditors to pay your bills on top of your monthly service. They can help with credit inquiries, old debts that have been settled through the court in bankruptcy, late payment marks. Creditors have 30 days to respond. And could challenge the dispute. Most creditors do not respond which is why this can work to improve scores . When most do not respond, they have to do something, so it will in essence, go away. I have been signed up for just over a month now. I am seeing results. Again this is a process and it took time for you to get set up with credit initially, and took time to get and stay in debt. Dilligance and commitment to paying your bills on time, goes a long way.
This place is HORRIBLE they take your money and run!! They dont respond to phone calls or emails. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in hopes i can get their attention to discuss the fees they took prematurely from my account before the due date!! BEWARE of their "cancellation" policy and they will give you a credit score that is so far off it is ridiculous
Hello! I was recently with CreditRepair.com and agree it does work, but to a certain extent. Every time I talked to someone it was like a script of what was said and I actually had to find out knowledge about credit from a bank. They only work on the part that's help your credit scores which is good, but only one of the 3 credit scores they take off at a time and the one they take off usually is not the ones banks or loan people or mortgage people look at so your credit looks good but technically don't help you out. Then your paying monthly (100 dollars for me) for one of the three credit score and you feel like you wasting money when you can do it yourself. Not to mention they have a high volume of people when it comes to you you have to constantly be on them to help you out go over this go over that when you can do it yourself. I'm 26 years old trying to take care of credit before I get in my 30s why don't. I ever feel like I'm priority when I call aswell if I'm spending my hard earned money on your services?
Very misleading while describing the billing and cost details. Was charged four times in less than two months of service. Had to talk to three people including a supervisor just to cancel my account. Paid a total of 304.89 for not even a full 2 months of service. Realized nothing was getting accomplished so I decided to cancel and they wanted more money.
So far... I've had this service for just over a week, and already have 3 items Removed! I'm optimistic about the outcome! I think this is a Great tool for anyone that wants to rebuild their credit. Granted, opening and maintaining new credit accounts is necessary to help build your score. But doing that along with this service in my opinion (WinWin).
I used creditrepair.com for 1 year. Granted they got a few things removed from my report but 1 year later myself score is the same if not worse even though I've paid down balances and never been late paying accounts. It sees the more they try to dispute items the more creditors push back and "renew" debts. This causes an ongoing downward spiral...for the $1k I spent It was a waste of money. My situation was no more worse than anyone else looking for credit repair help.
There are so many options and companies. Please continue to do further research. I own my own business so I understand how crucial a bad review is. I paid every month for 7 months and only one late parking ticket fee was removed. Read the rest of the reviews and I urge you to research further before choosing this particular company. With the $780 I paid them I could have paid off a bill and actually improved the score myself. Best of luck to you all!
Don't know what help they had on my credit. Would love my money back. Wasted my money on no results
they know how make the fine lines and after you stuck with them you will face hard tim
