Oct 09,2022System worked great, got me an approval and Matt at Northstar Ford was awesome to work with and thought outside of the box. Ultimately, didn't purchase through the program or Northstar, but not because of anyone at Credit Yes or the dealership. I hope that I don't need these services again, but I know the first place I'll try if I do. THANK YOU

Then after not being called due to something or another, the sales associate disappears a few more days only to leave some bland message doubling to 2.5 times what we were approved for and going through 2 other approvals. Message asking more x2.5 money and now a cosigner and needing re approval. Lesson Learned, but even making our final appointment, after getting our approval and the sale associate, then a left message now you need double this and now a person or signer though offered that while getting the approval that apparently isn't an approval. We assumed this would was a good thing and now back to square one, wished we never taken that call. False approvals wasted time waiting on assumed final meetings for sign, and now back to square one. False approvals, waste of time. UPDATE** : The apology doesn't do anything about the situation, on top of not even concerned enough to attempt to looking into the matter or trying to fix it. Family members in this situation needing to go to doctors and or appointments and were scheduled around this situation are now put back farther. Ignoring requests for calls backs and lack of information surrounding this situation on top of this "apology"are sad show of your respect for your consumers.

Sep 30,2022At this point I’m really confused.. upon arriving to the car lot the young ladies were polite and professional. Great customer service. I was informed that I was approved for a 14,000.00 loan however there were no cars on the lot that were that price. And was told when the inventory came in I would be contacted. I called back today just to see if possibly something came in, and was told that I wasn’t approved.. I’m just really confused at This point😑
