Sep 07,2022They sold me a messed up car and they new they failed to let me know the car was in some type of accident they are now stringing me along saying don’t worry we’ll get it looked at and if it’s the it’s covered by warranty and if it’s not this and it’s not broken we aren’t able to do anything about I am now stuck with a car we can’t drive on the freeway and a 700 dollar car payment but yeh “🤯🤯🤯🤯Great service”

( I wish they would have said i needed it when i asked what i was going to need when i come in) ither than that they have been really cool. So far. Ill let ya know after i get ny stubs and go back in to see them.

Sep 06,2022Not so much a review as much as it's a statement of confusion. I contacted your company about getting help with purchasing a vehicle. After giving all of my personal, credit and financial info to your website, I was contacted by one of your reps, and was informed I was approved for an auto loan, then told to go to a specific dealership and speak to a specific rep. I go, and then have an over 6 hour experience of confusion. I have to give all of the info I gave CreditYes to the dealership, who then runs credit checks, multiple times, contacts more banks than I could list, and after several hours gets me approved. So I'm just confused about why I was told by CreditYes I was approved, then had to get approved by some other financial entity. I would really like for someone from CreditYes to explain to me exactly what it was they did for me.
