I like to said I was well taken care of while at fette the salesman was very understanding and answer all my questions and gave back a good presentation of the situation with the car loan I was wanting
While they did well getting me approved they have put me through the ringer in every other respect. The first car sold to me I found transmission problems day 1. When the warranty wouldn’t cover a pre existing condition, they offered to sell me a different car. I agreed and released the first car to them from the shop. I let them know I had belongings in it that I needed back, and they assured me they would be retrieved. They dropped the ball and have still not returned my things to me. (It’s been a month). It’s been nothing but excuses about not knowing how to find it, and I’ve been able to tell them where to look using my own sleuthing and they STILL have not retrieved the final bit of information I need to get my things. The second car they sold me, I also found transmission problems in within two days. While they’ve agreed to get it fixed, I’ve been in a rental for three weeks while they cross their fingers that the warranty will kick in. I know I’ll get a working car at the end of this ordeal, but their customer service has been pretty horrible, and I feel nothing get done unless I am constantly hounding them. And I’m not. I’m leaving them space to correct their mistakes. But they seem more content to avoid me than help. I can’t recommend them to anyone. I really wanted to be able to. I’ve given them so many chances- but they obviously care little if you’re not a deal they can close in an hour.
