I walked in with a pre-approval, they are so nice. Absolutely helpful. I came in with a trade in. They took care of everything, got me into an amazing car. Faith James worked on my loan, got a great deal! I love it here. She gave me the keys to a car, told me to test drive it, and then walked in. It's amazing. The process was easy and simple. I applied online and was pre-approved in minutes. I still had to have a co-signer for my loan, my payments are high and we had some issues with the tires after purchasing it, but the dealership stepped up and are helping out. All in all it was a GREAT experience and I love my SUV!
