May 25,2021I had a bad 2020 like many folks and had to file bankruptcy. Mine was discharged less than a year ago and after recently moving across the country for a new job my old car gave up the ghost. Here I was with bad credit and a job and housing both for less than a month. In this nightmare scenario they were able to quickly and efficiently connect me with a local dealer close by that was willing to work with me. The dealer themselves was also mostly good. They kept the usual pain of going to a car dealer at a minimum and I was happy to find out I could be in a nice NEW car that I actually liked and with a good Interest rate too. I felt very lucky and would never hesitate to recommend these folks.

May 21,2021Credit Yes was great to work with. Process was quick and not a lot of questions. Colbert Gordon Hutto is where Credit Yes sent me and Austin Carver was the salesman I worked with. Even though I haven't received a call back I feel like the finances dept and Austin did their best to try and find a bank to finance me and put me in a car. Overall everyone I spoke to and worked with provided me with a positive experience even though I wasn't able to get a car.

May 20,2021I wish there was less than one star. They wait until after a hard credit check to tell you that only 1 dealership is approved. Then after driving 40 miles, the person you had an appointment with isn't even there. Then after waiting 90 mins for approval your told its only for a certain vehicle and you need an additional large down-payment as well as your trade in. None of which was disclosed before. They don't give a damn about helping people...just another money making scheme off those who are having problems!

May 18,2021I had a great experience. I was nervous because of my credit and not having a lot of money to put down. I was in a bad spot also because my car of many years finally gave up.. Chris was nice we addressed credit and money down In a simple none pushy way. Made me feel at ease. Plus if I didn't like something we moved on. Chris was good at explaining my options. I test drive a nissan armada and fell in love with it. I also have to say I was made to feel important like I was the only customer they had by all who worked there. It was Just an all around good experience and I will be back. Thank you.

May 16,2021Walking in and was welcome in and was like no other car lot where I was met at my door before I got out of my car , and I was ask what I was looking for instead of let me show you what I got , salesman was very nice and treated me like I was someone instead of let’s see if I can get the sale of the week off this guy , salesmen let me look at what I wanted to look at , instead of telling me out of my range and if it was he still let me look that told me that I was in charge of what I wanted to spend on a car and not what he wanted to sale me to get him or her a big commission, I felt like he cared enough that he wanted me to be satisfied about my pick in a car or truck. Today , I think it’s a great place to buy a car or truck because you get to pick what you want and pay what you want to pay , because now not only have I have bought one my daughter has bought one as well ,so yes a great experience all around and I thank you for that as well and I am sure the rest of my family will check out you as well

I do understand that there was a lot of confusion with my case, and I should have better explained myself so people would understand what situation I was in and I didn't and I truly apologize for that I felt put out when I went in there because I felt put out for the majority of my life, I still have high expectations of achieving a vehicle, because you have given me the opportunity in that aspect and I'm working for that and forward to that. The dealerships that have been sent to the people are being very respectful and very helpful and I hope they hold no ill feelings towards me it's been exhilarating for me because I've never been at this place in my life before and again I thank you for that it felt good to walk in there it really did just something that I've never done before I'm still like to have the Chevrolet Colorado and I'm working on a down payment so maybe I can achieve that I can pay for it buy them through your grace that you put upon me. I know that at this time of my life I can actually afford to pay for it and look forward to it, and that's a really big step for me and it really feels good so the service that I have received has been above board and all aspects, at this time the covert dealership continues to reach out to me and I'll aspects and I thank them for that.
