Mar 25,2021Credit Yes,outstanding. I worked with Nancy and she is the best. When I arrived at the dealership for my appointment. With Kennedy or Steven I had been given to yet another sales person his name I'm not sure Kim I think. Kim was ok he took me directly to his office started scrolling on his desk top like he was looking for something. I told him I was interested in a Ford Taurus. He immediately said," no don't have any , like he expected me to ask for one. He did say we have a couple of Dodge Chargers. Which just so happened to be my second choice. How did Kim know that. I told him I'd like to see them, he exceeded himself I waited 5 or 10 minutes when he returned he informed me the ONLY car I could buy was a new KIA REO.I said that's it. Kim said yes that's the only one. I didn't come for a NEW car I don't like the Kia . and I certainly don't like being told out of all the vehicles on their lot I had to buy that one. Kim was taking orders from someone behind the seams. They knew I was coming, of course. They new what i my first choice was t they knew my second choice all before I got there. Something wrong at the Kia dealership. My guess is it's a 26 year old sales person .behind the scenes. Someone needs to answer for chasing customers away with such an obvious scam.
