Apr 21,2020refurbished HP Elitebook 850 G3 laptop. Brilliant service laptop arrived days before advertised. Only used for a few days but it looks immaculate and is lightening fast. Happy buyer, will definitely use these sellers again.

Apr 20,2020Bought a refurbished Samsung Chromebook XE303C12-A01UK 11.6-inch Laptop (2GB RAM, 16GB HDD) which arrived very promptly in as new condition. Packaging was very good and the Chromebook has performed without any issues. Great service, would recommend this company/product.

Apr 20,2020Bought a refurbished laptop on Amazon to serve as a replacement for my mum's 10 year old laptop that had just about given up. Dispatched and arrived very quickly especially given the current circumstances and overall it's a great machine, perfect for working and just what she needed. Her only regret is not looking at the pictures more closely as it doesn't have a number pad but I'm sure she'll adapt.

Apr 18,2020Ordered through Amazon. The company refurbishes hardware but customer service also gave advice on related matters. There were a few issues but these were eventually resolved. I finally got a working unit on April 16th after an initial unit was couriered on April 1st. Good value for money. Why buy a new laptop when you can get a remarketed one with an 18 month warranty. Reuse. Recycle.

Apr 18,20205 star service all round. I ordered a HP I5 laptop from them. Item had dispatched date of arrival so was looking forward for the item to run up on standard delivery. I had a knock the next working day being a bank holiday with my item. Very fast, delivery guys. The laptop looks as if it’s brand new condition. Could not tell the difference from brand new to refurb. I will be helping my grandad with buying a laptop and I know the right place to guide him. Apr 18,2020Item arrived well before estimated delivery date which was a pleasant surprise under the current lockdown conditions. Packaging was sufficient but environmentally considerate - yes, it was wrapped within inflated plastic but only one piece and this was offset by the cardboard box which can be recycled. Also included was a guide about first start-up and how to install Windows and the opportunity to get a warranty extended by 6 months. The laptop itself is very good value for money and if I didn't know any better I'd swear it was brand new!

Apr 17,2020Item delivered before due date, considering the lock down, excellent service. In very good condition and a reasonable price. Daughter is very happy with the touch screen. Only complaint is that the @ sign and the " sign are the wrong way around. In current lockdown climate I guess we just have to live with this as need it for distance learning immediately.
