Apr 27,2020I bought an HP EliteBook 2170p laptop from CRS through Amazon UK it was a refurbished unit in good condition and good spec. It arrived on time, however it had three faults the battery would not charge, no camera driver loaded and the mouse key was sticking on the cursor pad. I contacted crs customer services who were very helpful and supportive. They are sending me a replacement battery and I fixed the camera driver issue. I would have given five stars but I feel that the laptop was not checked properly before being dispatched which is disappointing.
