Due to the schools closing and and my children learning from home via a virtual learning environment we needed more tech! A refurbished Chromebook seemed the best choice. The ordering process was very straightforward and communications from the company were excellent. You'd never know it is a refurbished piece of kit as it is in perfect condition. Mar 26,2020I was really nervous of ordering a refurbished laptop, as it feels like you're taking a punt on cosmetic presentation (cover scratches / faded keys or mousepad / screen quality) however having researched companies CRS seemed like a good choice based on reputation and age of company. Our laptop arrived within a week well wrapped. We're absolutely delighted with it. Cosmetically it's almost like new, you absolutely don't notice the few tiny minor blemishes on the cover. The touch screen is in perfect condition, as are the keys and mousepad. It was easy to install Windows 10 and subsequent updates. So far working perfectly, we're really happy given the discount in price to new. Thank you CRS.

Mar 20,2020I recently purchased a renewed laptop from CRS-UK , a HP EliteBook 840 G2 . I cannot fault either the laptop or CRS-UK in anyway. The laptop delivery was very fast with DPD and the laptop is perfect for a renewed unit , there was easy to follow instructions how to activate the pre installed windows and everything went like clockwork. I was a bit apprehensive when I thought about purchasing a renewed Laptop but I am now glad I did as I have a great laptop for a very good price. Great job CRS-UK
