Ho ricevuto un prodotto in condizioni perfette, assolutamente pari al nuovo, sia dal punto di vista estetico che funzionale. Il venditore si è fatto carico delle spese e pratiche doganali ed ha effettuato la spedizione in modo rapido e sicuro tramite DHL, rispettando perfettamente i tempi previsti. Il servizio clienti è stato rapido, accurato e cortese. Fornitore assolutamente raccomandabile a cui mi rivolgerei per altri acquisti simili.

May 08,2022Why didn't I do this earlier, refurbished definitely a good choice especially now with the 18 month guarantee, the laptop was in near pristine condition with only a slight buckling of one on the feet, only tricky thing was resetting and learning how to switch the keyboard, supplied unit had English US, where as my Bluetooth Keyboard is English, great connectivity with wi-fi multiple Bluetooth.

Sep 25,2021I got the laptop in June and I have been using it for 3 months now. It a good laptop and have not faced any issues till now. There were 1-2 dent on the laptop otherwise it's in good working condition and hope it will stay with me for a long time.
