Nov 16,2021All orders executed with no errors. All names and text accurate. Incredibly fast order execution and delivery (we ARE next-door in Virginia). Only minor issue was some bottles had cap hinge on name side, some had it on back-side. Shouldn't be a huge problem as only the owner will be using that particular bottle so they would get used to which side; just seems strange that processing room would put it on different sides? Durability to be determined?

She checked my order, identified the problem and within a week the remainder of my personalized glassware was on my doorstep! In today's world you can never expect that kind of customer service! What I have notice the last 20 months during Covid many customer service companies seem to blame Covid as an excuse for bad customer service. Not this company. They responded immediately and rectified the small glitch. More companies should look to this company as anexample when satisfying customers. A 5 start company all the way!👏👏👏
