Mar 08,2021This might have been one of the best customer service experiences that I ever had. I bought 12 custom etched whiskey glasses. Before purchase I asked for a rendering. I was hesitant because sometimes places like this can deliver crap. I was provided a rendering within a day The glasses were high quality and the custom etching was awesome. What I really couldn’t believe was the shipping, I received the order the same week. I highly recommend.

Mar 03,2021Great custom bourbon glasses for my friend’s birthday. They were made perfectly and quickly! My only complaint is that there wasn’t a nice gift box with which to present the glasses. I would have paid a little more for a nice box. I will definitely buy from Crystal Imagery again!
