This was a personal gift for a friend. I plan to use them for business gifts now. I will definitely buy from Crystal Imagery again! Customer service is also amazing.

Oct 15,2021You did amazing. My wife cried at her husky glass, she has it with her scotch decanter in her office. Our oldest Siberian husky, Zelda, (red with yellow eyes) passed away a few weeks ago. The etching looks exactly like her. I love my “Memento Mori” Ravenscroft Skull&Bones glasses with one exception, you sent 4, I paid for and ordered 2. So I want to pay for the extra two. They are beautiful and make the statement I want to make.

From the day I called and not being completely sure that the Army wine glass was going to be a quality gift, to receiving the package within a couple of days in an excellent, well packed, safe container, I have been more than pleased with this company! When I first spoke to Laura she said she’d be happy to take a picture and send it to me after the first one was completed to decide whether I’d want a second one made or not. I couldn’t believe it and commented on what great customer service it was! But then I received the glasses and they’re beautiful glasses with a very well done Army emblem etched on them! My husband and I are very proud to give this birthday gift to our friend, a West Point grad and former Army captain who enjoys his wine!
