May 19,2021I sent in a fairly detailed logo to be etched into a whiskey glass. I was emailed a proof of what it would look like the next morning. As it looked great, I approved, and they continued with the process. I received the finished product in the mail about a week later (2 day delay due to USPS), but was still very happy to go from proof to recieved product in a week. The glass looks great! It was carefully packed for shipment and arrived unharmed. Overall, the glass is exactly what I was looking for... Quality work and done FAST. I will definitely return for my next custom crystal piece.
