Feb 17,2025I've used my Currensea card in many different countries it has saved me so much money. Very easy to use and it tells me how much in GBP I have just spent. I highly recommend it, give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Feb 17,2025I went for a Currensea card for its simplicity. Having just returned from a short break in Budapest I can say that it performed exactly as advertised and was accepted everywhere, exactly as I hoped. Likewise with ATM withdrawals - but I only used the bigger banks as those "holiday" ones always charge a fee. I was previously a Revolut customer, but found their app a bit confusing - probably an age thing, as I am sure it has its benefits too! If you are wondering (as I was) - the system "stores up" your daily transactions and passes them to your own bank for fulfillment the next (banking) day. That did set me wondering about changes to the exchange rate in the meantime, but I think for most (and me!) that won't be an issue. I feel happy that I have saved on both the exchange rate and those infernal transaction fees on this trip and will be using the card in future, assuming things don't change?

Feb 17,2025We used currensea for the first time on a recent trip and it worked well. I did have a problem with tapping on public transport and had to use an alternative card, but overall our experience was good and will definately use again

Feb 17,2025The reviews I read by financial experts have been proven to be correct, most notably to me how Currensea scores over Revolut for ease of use and convenience, I am more than delighted with their service. The amount of info you get with each and every transaction, by e-mail is top notch and the real savings being made compared to banks and money exchangers are spelt out clearly and are genuine as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone.
