May 15,2023I bought a shadow box and I like the look. Two issues: 1) the backboard is really flimsy, thinner than most picture frame mats I’ve had- you’ll need to use tape only for anything in the shadow box, a pushpin would go right through the back and into your wall. 2) Biggest problem is that you have to install the hardware yourself, and that hardware won’t lie flush on the wall. The frame came with wire, screws, bracket things and no instructions. So the frame is still sitting on the floor weeks after I bought it. Very disappointed
