Jul 06,2023We ordered from Customer Picture Frames once and then ordered the same items in more quantities the second time. For our second order, we weren't notified of our order being canceled by the sender and only found out when we checked the status of the tracking number given to us. We didn't receive the frames in time. Disappointed.

It's a little hard to determine exactly what the color and finish will look like from an online photo and description, but that's the nature of online shopping. So although they didn't look exactly as I expected, they are nonetheless very nice. I like the lightweight backing and the option of non-glare acrylic. Easy ordering process and reasonable pricing.
