They sent me a frame sample for me to check, then they completed my order quickly and didn't charge an arm and leg for shipping which I really appreciate. Then, I needed some uncut mats to mount my art on, and even though it wasn't available on the website they created an order for me. Every time I called Customer Service to check on timing or ask a question, everyone I spoke with was lovely! I'm super grateful!
