Feb 10,2023Frames to flimsy. Backboard is literally cardboard, so the picture hanging kit provided has zero support to grip onto. Since the frame is sooo light, I attempted to use Command straps to hold frame but it still ended up falling off my wall and breaking. I will be purchasing a better , sturdier and hopefully easier to mount frame from another company. I spent over a hundred dollars on basically trash.

Feb 24,2023The frame arrived open and damaged. It was broken in one spot and chipped in another. I emailed the store and sought advice. I didn’t think much because it was the weekend, but I was surprised to hear back on Sunday. They put another one in the mail. No charge and no return of the broken one. A for service and quality of product.
