Jan 05,2022I almost gave this review 4 stars but the quality, build and packaging for safe shipping were top notch so I truly feel it deserves 5 stars in that aspect. On the other hand I believe some brief, basic instructions would've been helpful. While it's not necessarily rocket science, it has been years since I've had to install this sort of hardware so some basic literature detailing where to install the D rings, the method to tie/wrap the cable, how much slack for the cable etc. would've saved me some time. Once again, it's extremely well built and the measurements were exactly as specified so it's definitely worth it but if you're installing the hanging hardware yourself be prepared to research the best methods to do so.

Jan 07,2022Frames are great and arrived quickly but the rustic wood frame gave us SEVERAL splinters while handling it. I was a bit disappointed that it was that rough and sharp for the overall cost of them.
