Dec 29,2021Very nice picture frame. I wanted something that wasn’t too traditional or too rustic. I am pleased with the quality. However, I was disappointed that the preview was removed from the site so I took a chance and ordered the frame without preview. Please bring the preview back. It’s hard enough ordering something online without being able to get an idea of what it’s gonna look like!

Dec 29,2021custom framing can be very expensive so, for the prices, this is an excellent deal! it is not the highest end but it looks just as great, not worth it to spend twice as much to have seemingly identical results. 4 stars because I felt the pictures on the website were a bit confusing as far as color. it looked like pictures of the same frame looked very different from each other. I assumed it had to do w lighting and angles but some were very confusing because of how drastic it was. I decided to gamble on the frame I liked based on the description more than the pictures, thankfully it worked very well with my picture but I was very worried until I saw it. also wish there was an option to pay a little more for installation of the hanging hardware. I would have opted for that to save time. I do appreciate that it saves money to do it yourself but would have liked the option for convenience. I ordered this as a gift for my bf so I couldn’t ask him for help. easy enough to do but I was scared to ruin the frame. overall highly recommend, had a great variety of options and prices were fair. shipping had some delays but still reached me in decent time. packaging was very sturdy and well protected.

I purchased two frames (one with matting and both with the anti reflective acrylic) and the next day called to make a 1/4 in adjustment and they were so friendly and helpful. The finished product was great and shipped quickly. I will be purchasing more frames in the future.

Dec 20,2021I recently made a purchase from Custom Picture Frames as part of Christmas presents for my husband and brother-in-law. The frames that I received were beautiful and very well packed, but when I tried to use them I found out that the poster art company had given me the incorrect dimensions and the frames were the wrong size and unusable. The Custom Picture Frames customer service agent went way beyond anything I expected to help me out of this jam, even though CPF was not at fault. I am truly grateful. Based on the quality of the product, the good prices, and the EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I highly recommend them. Give your business to this ethical, caring, and well run company.

Dec 20,2021I am thoroughly thrilled with my frame, the price and the delivery time. I bought a print that was not a standard size, and I didn’t realize it. Short on time, I ordered this custom frame. I had a question for customer service and they responded via email very quickly. The shipment arrived in just a few days very well packed with hardware. The one thing I will note is that the following morning after I placed the order I received an email stating your order had shipped with a tracking number. The tracking number wasn’t valid. When I contacted customer service they indicated the order hadn’t even been made yet. It still came rather quickly but this is one little glitch they should fix to avoid misunderstandings for time frames.

Dec 19,2021The frame was the perfect size for my print, the little bars that you need to push up and down to keep the print from moving we’re slightly difficult to maneuver and the cardboard backing was a little thick - making it harder to manipulate the metal bars. Once in place though, the frame looks great!

I ordered a frame before receiving the print, based on the artists information about size. It was not accurate. Even so, they sent me a brand new frame. I couldn't believe it since it was MY mistake. I tell everyone to order from Custom Picture Frames. I've ordered 3 now and could not be happier!
