Mar 19,2024Great job on mats as well as frames. They were very precise on measurements and all the hardware and backings are included. All I had to do was secure my art on the mat, layer the plexiglass, art, and backing, apply the hardware for hanging, Voila!

Mar 05,2024I had a ad expeience with this company recently. Normally I would have rated them 5 stars, but this time, no. I ordered a framed photo. What I received was a frame (not even the one I ordered) with a mat (correct one) but no photo! I spoke with Annie, a wonderful customer service agent, who cancelled the original order and allowed me to reorder. When I received the second order it was still not 100% correct. They put the wrong mat on the photo, which was totally wrong for the photo and frame. I was not happy because I was entering the photo into an exhibition, and was embarrassed to enter it because of the wrong mat. Twice they screwed up my order. I was refunded the money for the mat, but it didn't help. I have used this company several times in the past, and have never had a problem. Not sure what is going on now. Definitely no quality control.

Feb 14,2024The quality was as-expected but I was disappointed that there was no warning that when you have a picture printed, the frame has permanent clips installed so I cannot change out the artwork. I would have at least liked the option to decide. Now I’m stuck with the 3 pictures and no way to change them out.

Box was not handled particularly carefully by carrier (completely open on both ends, large gash all the way through the box), but frames luckily undamaged. Might be a good idea to reinforce packing since there seems to be a risk to safely of packages during shipping.
