Sep 03,2023Overall very pleased with the service, quick delivery, ease of ordering, the ability to order the exact size I needed. I like that the balsa wood is light weight. I ordered the unfinished Glynis shadow box frames as I wanted to be able to paint/stain the frames to fit the artwork. My only wish is that they offered the option of having the acrylic panel and spacers separated for ease of painting/ staining. I used painters tape to protect the acrylic, but still had to deal with trying to get tiny amounts of paint off the acrylic. For one frame I had to order another acrylic panel as I couldn’t get the metallic paint off the original one. That is my only complaint.

Sep 02,2023I ordered a picture frame on August 7, 2023, however, today is September 2, I still have not received the frame yet. Called and left messages on the customer service but with no response. Emailed the customer service,with a few back and forth emails. It is the correct address, ring indicator that there were no deliveries on the date the tracking said has been delivered. Don't know what had happened to the delivery. Appreciate that the company said they will replace it. Still waiting for the picture frame.

I thought I was ordering from another company by a similar name so I kept asking for a record of past orders and she politely looked and found no record of me. Once that was clarified I ended up placing an order but wanted an archival acid free mat. Later I ordered the mat separately and it came in good shape. Annie was very polite to me concerning the mix up.

The customer support Annie always reponded promptly and gave me helpful information and suggestions. The two Mogano frames with the Frosted Gold mat for my 32"x23" Chinese brush paintings arrived yesterday, and I'm pleased with the quality of the product. Last but not least, with the 15% discount that I received, the price was quite reasonable. Cudos to the staff for a job well done!

Aug 08,2023Incredible prices on beautiful frames. I ordered 3 extremely large frames. Despite being well packaged, one was damaged in transit. And this is where Custom Picture Frames really showed me their true value. I emailed them and they shipped a replacement the same day. I'll never waste time trying to find custom size frames anywhere else!
