Oct 15,2023Very happy with the quality and with my monitor perfect comparison of picture and actual frame colors. The software of the order's status needs to improved. I was notified the order "had shipped" and when checking the FedEx number finding only a label had been created. In fact there was a delay from a supplier that delayed actual shipping. Being told one thing and expecting arrival sooner than later and then finding that it will be later than sooner felt like being hung out to dry. The matter was dealt with professionally and explained well, but that software mish mash creates needless stress when one expects to complete framing an important art piece for an important date, only to realize that the "has shipped" info is false.
