The frame was a special order for a special family member which made this support more meaningful. I received the frame and it was as perfect. The shipping and packaging was great so everything came intact. My first choice was unavailable from the manufacturer and the team was quick to notify me so I can pick a replacement. Once chosen, the team made the partial refund process incredibly smooth and the frame came within a week. I can’t recommend this company enough.

Aug 21,2021Great frame. Does the job. Looks good. Get exact measurements, and the acrylic. First time I did a custom frame and thought the acrylic option meant some sort of coating on the frame ...as opposed to the acrylic that covers the picture and creates a nice flat surface. Smh. But nice frame. May have to get acrylic later.

I have bought several frames now all different sizes. All frames have been what I expected. They arrive well packaged. All necessary mounting hardware is provided. Highly recommend!!

Aug 08,2021Low Quality for Price. The overall design and shipping time were fine, but the quality was low. Selected the non-glare option which is still a cheap sheet of plastic that isn't very clear. There is also a burn mark toward the bottom of the frame that is clearly visible. Very disappointed after the effort and wait to get the perfect frame - it falls short. 8/28/21 Update: They made it right by sending me a new frame. Great service. Increased star rating from 1 to 4.
