I was skeptical that an online service would give me what I wanted in a frame. I was wrong. The frame was perfect for my art. It was of high quality and really enhanced the artwork. It looks beautiful! I love this service and, I will use it again.

I needed a frame for an oddly sized object and this website worked perfectly. The ability to create a custom frame was very well designed. Buying frames always seemed tricky because you don't know if the size you're buying is the size for the photo, or the actual frame itself. This site allowed you to specify the size of the object you want framed and then calculated what the actual size of the frame will be. Great customization options that again were very detailed in exactly what they would do and how it would impact the sizing dimensions. I didn't order anything fancy, just a standard frame design, and it still came out looking great. Turnaround was fast, maybe a week from order to arrival. It arrived perfectly secured in it's shipping box, the mailman could have tossed this box around but with the way it was packaged the frame would have come out perfectly. Really could not have asked for a better experience.
