Feb 18,2025Nothing bad in the whole process, from free 14 days insurance, to your phone call follow up, and my purchase online. I give 3 stars because only when I need to claim insurance do I know the service quality. I buy this insurance mainly to protect myself from public liability.

Feb 14,2025Only two stars for customers services when renewing policy and lack of help. No issues with policy, very good cover and clear documents, would recommend. Policy came up for renewal and increased by 47%. Phoned customer services and they would not review policy or adjust price for existing customer. Don’t auto-renew. I Let my policy end and took out new policy online , which gave a discount and paid the same as my first year.

I’m glad I did and I’m so glad I found Cycleplan. Insuring my bike with them online was so straightforward and it was great value for money. I would recommend this company to anyone with the knowledge that they won’t be sorry in there decision to go with cycle plan
