Feb 05,2023The first customer operative was rather like dealing with a funeral parlour operative. Plus the gentlemen accused me of being Racist (not his right to do so) when I gave an example of my bike being stolen by a Romanian. Where I live we have had several robberies by aforementioned. The website was hopeless to securely pay the premium offered and eventually I found another insurance cycleplan operative an American called Chelsea who was brilliant and positive but because of poor software website had to give card details over the phone. The 1st year is a 40% off great deal but what about the 2nd year?_
