Think the cover offers peace of mind for me as an ebike cyclist. It's an expensive piece of kit and needs to be insured . The public liability insurance is a great add on as well as expenses and legal cover

Overpriced with no interest in providing a decent customer service. Their third-party direct debit credit partner Premium Credit took two payments on the same day, then two the following month including a £25 fine for not signing a renewal form on time - I thought my bank account had been hacked! My premium cost more than my motorcycle or car insurance, with direct debit at 21.8%APR. Pleased I never had to make a claim. As far as the response below goes, what a masterclass in the avoidance of responsibility - maybe you should choose a more ethical third-party credit provider.

I was with Cycleplan for 3 years. Good rates etc. Davies Group underwite the claims and they let me down significantly when my bike was stolen. It took over 6 weeks to process the claim despite me being prompt with requested information and offering to send CCTV footage of the bike theft. Cycleplan never assisted with the process with Davis Group.
