Kvalitets cykeltøj til billige penge. Jeg fik alt mit som nyt men betalte 1/3 af normal pris på det meste. Bestemt ikke sidste gang jeg handler der! 🌞

I rented a cycle bag that did not work when I was packing down my bike the evening before the trip. The bag was incomplete and not useable for a bike. I had to borrow a bag from a freind instead.

Achat de 2 kit cadres neufs. Arrivés super bien emballés sans aucun coup. J'ai eu un problème avec un des deux cadres (rien à voir avec CYKOM), et j'ai pu le renvoyer en garantie pour que la marque m'en envoie un nouveau tout neuf en passant par CYKOM. Franchement service client au top avec un superbe suivi!

Les 10% de remise n'ont effet que sur les vêtements. Rien ne le mentionnais dans les flash publicitaires. Les roues achetée sont plus détérioré que ce que j'en attendais. Les photos détaillées sont trop petites. Le service client ne conseille pas du tout avant l'achat, j'ai pourtant demandé des détails mais le conseillé n'as pas répondu sérieusement à mes questions. Il a gardé des réponses évasives.
