Jul 19,2024I acquired two products which costed +/- 25€ each. I’ve been able to select a 0€ shipment cost option. But then, 1 day later, I was warned that after all I needed to pay another 25€ for the shipment, which means 1/3 of my purchase was just the transport. Nevertheless, I kept my positive atitude and just paid for it, as I wanted to check your gear. The only thing I requested was a souvenir, because I have acquired something in X conditions and after all the conditions changed (not my fault) and I was sent nothing (not even the worst cycling cap, gloves, whatever). The Quickstept jersey is one of the most beautiful jerseys I have now, the shorts are of a very good fabric, but the pad isn’t that good.

Jul 04,2024Purchase went smooth and arrived as scheduled. Two things I disliked: First, I was missing €1 of the amount purchased to get a free gift, which annoyed me very much. If someone is spending a good amount of money in a purchase, why push a costumer to buy something?. When you can give the gift with no condition. Remember, happy costumers come back. Second thing I disliked was the price of shipping. I believe it was a bit high, for a single item. Other that, everything was good. Thank You!
