Really satisfied with the approach towards the customer and the collaboration from the beggining to the end. Moreover, really good quality materials and reasonable prices. Highly recommendable experience. I´ll come back.

Apr 10,2023Went for the Ineos bundle plus additional item. When delivered 2 items of the bundle were missing. When chased, was told there was no more of the missing items in the warehouse. This should have raised before dispatch, accepted a refund of £2 but will not be using company again.

Apr 10,2023Bought pair of shoes and turned out to be too big a size. Items were in perfect condition and as described, just the manufacturers size was too big. Customer service was very helpful. No hassle returning - but there was a courier fee.
