Feb 01,2023I think the site has great products at good prices - opportunities for aspiring cyclists to own pro-owned and real team supplied kit. I had great communications from the support team - they were very helpful and answered as much as they could. Postage costs to UK from Denmark were pretty high, but free if order is over £150, so I bought more stuff, to get free postage but then found I was charged £13 duty which was very disappointing.

Jan 30,2023I purchased a new seat post for my road bike and the one I received was used. I contacted CYKOM and they quickly resolved the issue by taking the item back. I am waiting on my refund which should be shortly as I have been tracking the return.
