Nov 07,2022Tool a while for delivery but I did go with the free shipping option, so did not mind length of time in delivery at all and so knew it would take a few weeks as they say to go for paid-for options for faster delivery, so instructions were clear. Package arrived in perfect condition, was kept notified by both ProOwnedCyling notifications and FedEx, so again, no issues as in the loop throughout delivery. Delivery guy offered to bring it into home too as he said it was heavy box, so that was also appreciated. The device itself was in as-new condition as advertised on the site and worked perfectly for me on first setup using the app for the calibration spin. Very very happy with this as had it up and running quickly using instructions and YouTube video guide and Wahoo app worked perfectly. Very smooth from purchase to delivery to setup.
