Some might say buying a used bike online without a testride or looking at it in person might be risky, but with the offered service it was a very successful journey. Upon request they even took the bike up on a repair stand, partly disassmbled some parts and made additional videos and pictures of areas of concern based on my questions. Delivery was fast and the bike was well packaged. Overall I'm very happy and satisfied. If i had more money I would definitely buy some more bike from proownedcycling.com
