I received a box from Daily Look, kept it for the normal five days or so, and tried to go on the website to return and pay for the one item I was keeping. The page kept refreshing, but after several tries it looked like it went through. But the next day my debit card was charged over $1000 For the entire box! I called them and told them the site wasn’t working and that the box was being returned, the guy said if I could email him the return receipt he would then look into processing it. He couldn’t tell me how many days that would take and I was frustrated. My bank account had been depleted so much. I told him I wanted to go ahead and cancel my account because I couldn’t take the chances would happen again, and he told me that “In that case, when you send me the return receipt, I’ll give you a partial return of half. And the rest would have to wait until the box was received and processed, which will take a little longer." Unbelievable, that a company of that size would just hold onto people's money when people need it.
Loved some of the items-- nailed on the head the denim jacket and fun sweatshirt with a soft lining. Some of the clothing was sleeveless, or too short skirted, and I had expressly mentioned I did not want sleeveless blouses, shorts, or short skirts. So that was disappointing.
Clothes are great quality and my stylist, Tiffany, has been really great to work with!

I have not been so happy with the selection of clothing. I have filled out the questionaire, very specifically and done the favorites. You are not sending me what I really like. It looks as though there is a general batch of clothing that everyone receives each month just in different sizes, not what we are being shown. I really love what we are being shown just wish that be what we would get.

I have been very specific about modest clothing and my standards. This last box I had to return most of it because it was spaghetti straps or open back or sleeveless. I was wondering if anyone even reads what I write to the stylist.
Daily look has been great. Their clothes are good quality, just breaking the budget a little.
This experience was exactly what I was hoping for! I'm trying to get out of my comfort zone so the full spread of possibilities is both comfortable and juuust the right push in a different direction. Thank you!

Received my 2nd Box and I wasn’t as excited as my first box. To be fair, my account was mistakenly closed and when DAILYLOOK fixed it, I received a new stylist. Unfortunately that stylist didn’t see what I received in my last box or color choices and options I didn’t want, so there were a few look alikes and unwanted pieces. I still chose 4 pieces that looked amazing and felt great on me. Can’t wait for box 3!
