May 25,2024I signed up for this service in 2023 but after looking at the prices I immediately canceled. Last month I received a box that I never ordered and my account was hit for 1,000 causing me overdraft fees and no money after just being paid. I emailed daily look to cancel and another box arrived this morning which I declined. Why don't you stop sending me things I can't afford!! Very unethical.

But when I needed to cancel due to circumstances beyond my control, response was quick and understanding! I would definitely recommend Daily Look to anyone looking for refresh of their wardrobe and amazing choices!!

May 23,2024You can never get a hold of your stylist through the app. You mark items you don't want and you still receive those colors. if you buy something from the sample sale you can't return or exchange it. They do send 3-5 items that are really what you asked for. Prices are slightly high and they only take the 50% off the lowest item. Makes you not want to purchase the more expensive items.

May 23,2024I gave Daily Look a try and was horribly disappointed. I received a large box with more items than my usual subscription, which I appreciated. I kept two items and followed the instructions for return. I have now been notified that they never received my return and are changing me nearly $1,000 for clothes I do not have, despite several messages back and forth. I’ve never had an issue with subscription boxes in the past and I’ve been a loyal customer to many for years. Something is clearly wrong with Daily Look’s logistics and I would strongly recommend you avoid.

May 23,2024The stylist had duplicated most of the shirts I previously purchased - different colors The pants / jeans / shorts that were sent - I didn’t like the style at all. The overall box was boring - I would like to see more items that go together for a complete look

May 23,2024I really wanted this company to work since I’ve used others and they were blah. But it didn’t! I’m 45 so that’s the age I put. Shouldn’t have. They sent me grandma clothes that were all baggy and cheap looking. I moved my age on my profile to 30. Same styles! Where’s the cute clothes that always popped up on fb and insta feed?? Bc I’m not seeing any of them!! I’ve messaged my stylist several times. No reply! I really wanted to like DAILYLOOK but I’ve only been let down. On to the next one.

May 26,2024This service has been wonderful. I had a different service a few years ago, and this one is much, much better. My stylist stays with me, not some random person every time. She listens, sends a ton of things to try, and it's just so fun to receive. The clothes are high quality, stylish, and thoughtfully chosen for the activities I requested. I can't wait for my next box!!
