Convenient and fun to receive. However the clothes are too expensive. Still too expensive.

I have received two boxes and for the most part I have purchased half of what comes in the box. They allow you to review prior to box being sent and you can delete 3 items and they will sent you replacement items to try on when you receive the box. Unfortunately, my last box was totally not my style and I canceled my box entirely and they refunded my box fee immediately when I contacted them by email. May have to ask for a new stylist next time. Otherwise I am much happier with Daily Looks over Stitch Fix.
Daily looks close is no better than anything you could find at Old Navy. I was not impressed at all with the selection I was given the clothing is not especially well-made. There was nothing great about it. These were all basic items from a story you could go to anywhere and USA I really thought I was gonna get something of higher quality And I was disappointed and I was disappointed with what my stylist chose for me. She made me look like I was a woman coming out in my late 50s early 60s and that’s not who I am. I would not go with them again if I had a different stylist because I think the clothing options were insulting , I gave four stars because the person on the phone who was helping me was very pleasant there were pants that again I could buy at Old Navy and they were charging me $100 for a stupid pair of regular every day Walmart Old Navy pants. The total was well over $1000 and I could’ve bought everything in that box at Old Navy for maybe $300.

I've enjoyed the thoughtful plan my stylist has put together so my items will mix and match well. Grateful for the inspiration of new looks and a fun box of shopping that comes beautifully wrapped as the gift it is I give to myself!
I'm so disgusted and annoyed and exhausted by the experience of literally cancelling this plan months ago and still being charged for and sent a box of clothes months later. I spent hours trying to navigate logins and the app having signed up with Amazon pay, sent Daily Looks requests to cancel that were left unanswered, and I finally cancelled it over the phone and told the cancellation wouldn't process until they physically received in hand the box of returned items, and at that point the cancellation would be processed. I got email receipt that it was was indeed returned, but unbeknownst to me they didn't follow through with the cancellation as promised. I then even emailed them to confirm the cancellation in FEBRUARY, no response. They have just sent out ANOTHER box and have charged me $40 and may actually charge my account again for the clothes. Last time I returned the clothes, I had to spend $40 total on an Uber to get the package back to FedEx to be delivered. Customer service agent, who was fine to deal with but had obvious limitations from Daily Look, has assured me she will stay in touch over the next few weeks to get this resolved. Thankfully, she refunded the stylist charges but I have not been compensated for the time I have spent with this major annoyance. Oh, also, the clothes I received in the first batch were super low quality- I kept one item just to justify the amount of fossil fuels I wasted dealing with these people. Why can't you just cancel it now, DailyLook and resolve the in-transit package that you shouldn't have sent? This is on you. Not allowing customers to cancel a subscription upon request should be illegal- thanks Daily Look for modeling your horrible business and making the world a much grumpier, pointless place for customer service and customers.
The clothing is good quality and my stylist listens to my feedback and provides me great choices.
So far I have loved most of the clothes! Blouses have been pretty pricey but quality is good!
I’ve received two boxes this far and kept around 7 items. My stylist is doing a great job and has suggested lots of items that match my profile. Overall quality of the clothing itself is fine, not great/not terrible. Most everything is made in China and is in the $60-$120 price range, it showed recently when I washed a new wrap pantsuit and discovered the hook to close it had fallen out. Currently waiting to hear if they will take it back or not, fingers crossed.

I work multiple jobs and loathe shopping so decided to give DailyLook a try. This was my second box and it was another home run!! My stylist is amazing and communicative and the clothes are on point. My only complaint is that I need more money so I can buy everything that is sent!! (But that’s my own problem - not DL’s!) Top quality items - so easy to return things - opening my bi-monthly box is like Christmas morning to me!! So fun!! Thank you guys so much for helping me get back on track with my style at age 47 and for making everything so effortless for me as a customer!
